Joaquim “Jack” Antunes and his wife Deidre “Dee-Dee” Kerr-Antunes are the proud owners of Captain Jack’s Charter Fishing located in Boston, MA. Jack is a licensed & certified USCG 100-ton Master Captain who has over 25 years’ experience in fishing and boating the Boston Harbor. He is also a U.S. Army veteran. Dee-Dee has over 25 years’ experience in customer service and enjoys traveling and cruising. She is also a proud alumna of Howard University(B.A.) & Suffolk University(M.S.C.J.). They decided to combine their love of fishing and cruising and offer friendly family fun for all ages and skill levels.  Captain Jack’s Charter Fishing is licensed and fully insured and committed to providing safe and enjoyable charters to anglers and people who simply just want to be on the water.

Fish aboard the Amberjack II, a 36-ft Luhrs sports-fishing vessel that provides a safe and comfortable ride.  Amberjack II features an air-conditioned/heated cabin with satellite TV, XM Bluetooth Radio, a full galley, full bathroom & state of the art electronics and communication gear.  The Amberjack II is also fully equipped with a life raft & life vests, which are inspected annually and are up to code according to USCG standards. All gear and equipment are sanitized after every trip, including the bathroom, the galley and common areas.

Whether you want to go for a Full Day or a Half Day of Deep Sea Bottom Fishing or you just want to enjoy a Harbor Tour or a Sunset Cruise, Capt. Jack is an experienced and knowledgeable mariner who is ready to take you and your private group out on the Boston Harbor, Massachusetts Bay and/or Stellwagen Bank.

The most common species of fish that migrate thru Boston Harbor, Massachusetts Bay and Stellwagen Bank are Cod, Haddock, Pollock, Striped Bass, Bluefish, Black Sea Bass, Tuna, Great White Sharks, Blue Sharks & Atlantic Mackerel.

Captain Jack’s Charter Fishing can’t guarantee that you’ll catch “the big fish”, but they are committed to providing excellent service and are extremely hopeful that you will make memories that will last a lifetime.
